Of course, food was a big part of the experience. I grabbed a table at The Shrimp Factory, where the fresh seafood was as good as everyone had said. Sitting by the river with a plate of shrimp and grits. I realized why this place was so special. The mix of history, great food, and scenic views made it a spot I could have spent hours in.

As the evening set in, the lights along the river reflected beautifully on the water. I passed by bars and restaurants where people laughed, enjoyed live music, and sipped on drinks.
