TripFrog’s subscriptions scale with your team, and allow unlimited user additions. Billing occurs annually with automatic renewals, which you can cancel anytime. Your subscription activates after payment confirmation and the initial training kickoff meeting, ensuring you’re ready to use TripFrog effectively from day one.

TripFrog accepts major credit/debit cards like Visa, Mastercard, and AMEX and SEPA transfers for European accounts. Payments are securely processed online during contract signing in euros (€) and dollars ($). For other methods or currencies, contact support. Note: Bitcoin is not accepted.

All TripFrog prices exclude VAT. French-registered businesses incur a 20% VAT charge, while EU-registered companies with a valid VAT number are exempt.
