The air felt fresh, and every turn showed something new. There were many tiny waterfalls, hidden caves, and strange rock shapes. A wooden bridge swayed under my feet as I looked down at the trees below. At the top, I stood at Lover’s Leap, staring at miles of hills and valleys. I was unaware of this, but if you read this, you must bring yours because these small things make your trip remarkable and unforgettable. 3 Sisters Bluegrass Festival

After a day of exploration, I am sure you are probably hungry! Luckily, Chattanooga is full of great spots with delicious foods. My experience at most of the restaurants was good, and here is what I tried during my trip in Chattanooga.
Flying Squirrel
Out of many, this is my top pick. This place was nothing less than magic. The chefs here are highly talented. I ordered their Brussels sprouts and truffle fries, which made my day. Both were perfectly cooked.
However, I recently discovered that the Flying Squirrel has been permanently closed in Chattanooga. But the same management opened Ernest Chinese at the exact location. My friend who visited Chattanooga last month told me this sad story, but he said the new restaurant is equally fantastic. So, if you visit the place, tell me your experience in the comment section.
Community Pie
One day during my trip, I had an intense craving for pizza. I researched on the internet but was not satisfied with the results, so I left the hotel and went out into the streets. I asked a few locals for their pizza recommendations, and most of them suggested that I visit Community Pie.
Furthermore, I went to the place with doubts. As I entered, I found it a simple and casual spot. I asked the staff for their best pizza, and they suggested I try the Margherita pizza with mozzarella. I had no clue about the menu and agreed with their suggestions. Guess what? It was the best decision of the whole tour. Haha! Funny. But I enjoyed the food and revisited them after some days. You can also have their Calabrian Chiles, basil, and Spicy Bianca.
Cashew
Cashew is the best vegetarian restaurant in Chattanooga. It has been serving the locals and visitors since 2013 in North Shore. In addition to great food, they have an excellent variety of desserts.
I tried their Beyond Burger for $12, and it was worth it. It has an excellent presentation and a perfect taste. It has lettuce, tomato, onions, pickles, mustard, and mayo. You can also try their other burgers, including Beet Burger and Impossible Burger, which both cost $12 each.
